Shock Service Instructions

Follow the steps below to submit, prep, ship, and complete your shock service.

Step 1

Complete the Shock Service Request Form

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with your assigned Service Number. This number is required for processing your shock service.

Step 2

Remove and Prepare the Shocks

  • Remove the shocks from the vehicle and clean off all dirt and debris.
  • Proper cleaning is important and may help prevent additional labor charges.
  • For coilover shocks, the springs do not need to be removed.
  • Please retain all mounting hardware, brackets, and bearing spacers. Do not include these items in the shipment.
Step 3

Package the Shocks Securely

Package the shocks carefully to prevent damage during shipping. When packaged correctly, the shocks should not move inside the box.

Clearly write the assigned Service Number on the outside of the box.

Packages received without a Service Number will not be accepted.
